“I had problems with my weed wacker and needed help with getting parts to repair it because I need it the same day to make money. The guy at the counter recommended a different line trimmer head, he grasped one and installed it when I was at the counter for just of the cost of the part !!!
There were three guys working at the counter when I was there, they mostly support contractors like me and other business to keep them going. They have the parts and knowledge to fix you up with what you need. Good luck getting this from a big box store, let along ordering parts for your broken machine.”
